Logbook portal goes digital

As of January 2020, all logbook submissions must be made through the online logbook portal.

The user-friendly portal will replace the time-consuming process of printing and manually anonymising reports. All candidates can now take advantage of the online logbook portal to upload their 250 reports and anonymise these online.

What we need to know before granting you access to the portal:

  • Type of accreditation: this is to assign you with the correct logbook template.
  • Your membership number: only subscribed members can take advantage of using the portal.
  • Written exam pass: If yes, include the pass email/pdf. If no, you can still use the portal, just provide the accreditation type.
  • Extension granted: include proof of number of months approved.

Requests must include the type of accreditation (e.g Level 1, TTE, TOE, Stress, Critical Care etc) and membership number.

Email your request noting the above to [email protected].

Please find the portal user guide along with a accreditation process guide under the 'Related Downloads' section on the right.

There have been a few issues with NHS IT security blocking direct messages from the portal. This has occurred when trying to reach out to Head of Echoes. We suggest that an alternative email address is used when validating logbooks.
