The British Society of Echocardiography’s (BSE) Fellowship scheme recognises the outstanding contribution of our members to the field of echocardiography. Launched in 2018, the BSE Fellowship scheme was established to honour esteemed members who have led the charge in the advancement of echocardiography. Since then, we have awarded a combined total of 85 Fellowships and Honorary Fellowships.
One of our 2025 Fellowship award recipients, Dr Keerthi Prakash, said, "It was a real privilege to be recognised for the work I have taken pride in doing by being awarded to be a fellow of the BSE - a society which has international recognition for the work it does in echocardiography."
Open to all members of the BSE who are in high standing, have been an accredited member for a minimum of 5 years (undergoing at least one re-accreditation cycle) and who meet the eligibility criteria, this is an opportunity to become part of a group of professionals whose high standing is recognised by their peers.
