Pre-registration through BSE- please login to BSE account, before attempting to Pre-register.
The pre-registration window opens from Wednesday 1 July 2026 and closes on Tuesday 18 August 2026. Candidates should use this opportunity to inform the BSE of any special requirements (with documented evidence) before the pre-registration window closes. This short form can only be completed by subscribed BSE members. Upon successful completion of pre-registrations, we will contact candidates during August to confirm the information provided is correct and to inform when candidate data will be transferred.
What happens next?
- Proof of Pre-registration will be visible on your BSE profile, if it's not then it means you have not pre-registered correctly.
- Once the data is sent to Pearson Vue (before the end of September), Pearson Vue will contact pre-registered candidates with information on how to complete the examination registration, which includes payment and booking of venue time slot. Written exam registration (including credit/debit card payment) is managed through Pearson Vue directly.
- If your trust will be paying for your BSE theory examination, then please make sure your trust sends through a purchase order (PO), specifying the candidate name, BSE ID number and the appropriate exam fees (click here to view updated fees). The PO must be emailed to [email protected] and cc [email protected].
- Further instructions will follow by email (if correctly pre-registered), do not use multiple email addresses, we will use the email address registered to your BSE account.
