The BSE Core Knowledge two day course provides lectures and case review sessions (with self-marking MCQ's.) It provides a comprehensive overview of all areas of echocardiography and teaching a systematic and detailed approach to performing and reporting transthoracic echocardiography.

The purpose of this two day course is to provide high quality lectures for cardiology trainees and cardiac physiologists training in echocardiography. Delegates can expect to gain an understanding of how to practically use echocardiography to appropriately assess each pathology.

It is aimed at cardiology SpR's, cardiac physiologists / echocardiographers and suitable for GP's, anaesthetists and acute physicians with basic scanning skills wishing to acquire core knowledge.


This course will take place in Austin Court, Birmingham.
